Usage

This template is identical to {{tltts}}, except that it allows a third parameter to be displayed. Thus a user can display a template, describe three parameters the template takes, and include a tooltip which will display when a user hovers their cursor over the linked template name.

The template is meant to be used in pages such as {{TestTemplates}}, where it is desirable to provide a description of the template's usage with all parameters detailed.
